Book of Memory

The Book of Memory is distributed prior to the Yizkor Service on Yom Kippur afternoon. It contains the names of all those on our Temple Yahrzeit rolls. If you wish additional names included, please add them to the online form below, or return the form to the Temple office. If you have experienced the loss of a loved one since last Rosh Hashanah, please note the date of death next to the name on the form. The names of those who have died during the past year will be read aloud during Yizkor.
